By taking up this course, you will learn and understand the legal requirements and process of creating Financial Statements (Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement) as per Indian Companies Act, 2013.

In the initial sections, you will go through the framework, followed by formats used and then lot many case studies which will help you to understand the entire process of preparation of Financial Statements. Even several small case studies are included to test the understanding of legal provisions.
